E=mc2 Lectures

Radio New Zealand and the Royal Society of New Zealand came together this year to produce a series of lectures celebrating 2005 as the World Year of Physics. The series included lectures on topics from the birth of stars, to the ways ancient peoples kept time and one entitled "The mad, mad world of Schrodinger's Cat:Why no one understands Quantum mechanics".

Just now I've found that all the lectures are available, for free, on the RSNZ website. Each lecture is about an hour long and they are all pretty interesting. New Zealanders should definitely check them out if only to understand how great a contribution our greatest son, Ernest Rutherford had in shaping our understanding of physics - Einstein called him 'another Newton.' That's not to say the lectures are so parochial as to render them uninteresting to people outside of New Zealand, you really ought to check them out.
